Account Executive Commercial, South Germany

What you can expect

We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive for Germany. In this role, you will drive strategic sales across Zoom’s AI-first collaboration platform—helping large organizations transform how they connect, communicate, and work.

You’ll be selling a comprehensive portfolio that goes far beyond meetings, including video, phone, chat, whiteboard, customer experience (CX), and employee experience solutions like contact center. At the heart of this platform is ZoomMate, which is redefining productivity by embedding generative AI directly into everyday workflows: from meeting summaries and content creation to intelligent automation across the entire collaboration stack.

What we’re looking for

Have some great Account Executive experience in a Technology company

Have direct SaaS/Cloud or web conferencing solutions selling experience, as well as outbound sales experience

Be able to demonstrate excellent presentation skills with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

Have business forecasting, pipeline development, and management skills, with a record of closed sales and client satisfaction

Be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated

Have excellent Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint] and Salesforce CRM experience

Have excellent verbal skills, speaking German and English at a high professional level, with consultative professional business acumen

€103,100.00 - €165,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
