- Pinned first on the job lists your role appears in: all remote jobs, your company page and the matching job-type and region pages
- Shown first under “Latest” on the homepage
- A “Sponsored” badge on the listing and on the job page
- A labelled featured spot in our free weekly jobs email (Mondays) while it runs
- Ends by itself after 30 days. One payment, nothing renews
Featured roles carry a “Sponsored” badge, marking them as paid placements. We don’t promise a number of views, clicks or applicants. If we can’t list your role, or you cancel before it goes live, you get a full refund. If the role closes early, we can move the remaining days to another of your roles.

How featuring works
- Pay on Stripe’s secure checkout and enter your company name, the link to the role and a contact email.
- We check that it is a remote role posted on your own careers site. If your company is not on our board yet, we add your careers feed first.
- Your role goes live as featured within 2 working days of payment, with one of our daily updates. We email you the start and end dates.
- After 30 days it moves back to normal order. Applications always go to your own careers site; we never see them.
Free listing
- We read the public job feed behind your careers site every day (for example Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Personio, Recruitee, Workable or Teamtailor) and keep the roles you mark as remote.
- Each role links to your own posting. Candidates apply on your site; we never see or handle applications.
- When you close a role, it drops off at the next daily update.
- We show where you can hire from, the posted pay range if your posting has one, and the description from your feed with a link to your posting.
