How do I join Pro or Ultra?
Choose the monthly or yearly button above. You pay on a secure Stripe checkout page, in euros or US dollars depending on where you are. Stripe emails you a receipt. Your checkout email is added to the member list automatically, and the daily job email arrives each morning at about 7:00 (Berlin time) on days with new jobs.
What is the difference between Pro and Ultra?
Pro is for your job search: a daily email each morning with all the new remote jobs since the day before, grouped by job type, plus optional separate alerts with only the jobs matching filters you set at /jobs/alerts/. Ultra is Pro plus coaching: everything in Pro, one written CV review by Muna Subedi per membership year, a monthly 1-hour group Q&A call with Muna for Ultra members, and 15% off all 1:1 services. This applies to the monthly and the yearly Ultra plan.
Can I use the job board without paying?
Yes. Browsing, searching and filtering every job is free, and so is the weekly digest email.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Use Cancel contracts here in the footer of every page (no login needed), or the Stripe customer portal at /manage-subscription/. Your plan stops renewing, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we email you a confirmation with the end date.
Can I get a refund?
If you’re a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying. Use Withdraw from contract in the footer. We refund the price minus the days you have already used. Details are in the withdrawal policy.
How do I use my Ultra extras?
Email hello@remotelyscaled.com from the address you used at checkout to send your CV for your yearly review, to use your 1:1 service discount, or to get the link to the monthly group call.
How does the free weekly digest work?
Enter your email in the sign-up box. We send a confirmation email first, and the digest starts only after you click the link in it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Do you guarantee a job?
No. We list jobs from company careers sites and help you prepare. Hiring decisions are made by the employers.
