Withdraw from a contract

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a contract with us within 14 days without giving a reason. Use this form to send your withdrawal statement. We email you a confirmation of receipt straight away, with the content of your statement and the date and time we received it. We then check the order and, where the right of withdrawal applies, refund you within 14 days. For memberships we refund the price minus the days you have already used.
