Affiliate disclosure

How we handle affiliate links and paid mentions.

Current status: Amazon Associates (blog only)

As of 28 Oct 2026, articles in our blog contain links to Amazon.com (or Amazon.co.uk if you appear to be in the UK or Ireland, or Amazon.de if you appear to be in the EU, EEA or Switzerland). As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. If you buy through one of those links we may earn a commission; the price you pay is the same. We take part in the Amazon Associates programme for Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.de. Job listings, the Job Readiness tests and our services pages contain no affiliate links.

Our own products and tips

Buttons for our own memberships, services and practice tests lead to a Stripe checkout. They are not affiliate links.

How we handle affiliate links

  • Every affiliate link is labelled “Affiliate link” next to the link and carries rel="sponsored".
  • Links point to Amazon.com by default. A small script in your browser switches them to Amazon.co.uk (UK and Ireland) or Amazon.de (EU, EEA and Switzerland), based on your time zone, or your browser language if no time zone is available. This happens on your device; nothing is sent to us.
  • Product and book choices are made before, and independently of, any commission. We only recommend products we would recommend without one.
  • We do not show Amazon prices because they change constantly. Check the live price and seller on Amazon.
  • Affiliate relationships never change which jobs we list, the order they appear in or the facts we report.
  • If we join another programme, it will be listed on this page first.
