T-Mobile Fiber markets don't exist in a national vacuum — but they also can't ignore national momentum. The Go To Market & Campaign Lead is the person who makes sure those two realities work together instead of against each other. On one side, they own end-to-end planning and execution for seasonal campaigns — Back to School, Moving Season, Holiday Shopping, and others — translating national creative and timing into locally executable field programs with the right tactics, channels, and audiences for each market. On the other, they own the GTM translation process: when T-Mobile launches a price change, a new product capability, or a nationwide promotion, this role determines how that initiative lands in the field — what it means for local messaging, partner activation, door-to-door scripting, and market-level execution — so that the field team is ready to act on day one, not catching up on week two.
This is not a coordinator role. It requires someone who can read a national brief, identify the three things that will matter most in a Fiber market specifically, strip out the rest, and build a field playbook that regional teams can actually use. Campaign planning and GTM translation are two distinct muscles — this role requires both.
Working Conditions
— Travel required: This is a remote role with periodic travel to regional markets and national team locations.
— Cross-functional engagement with both national marketing partners and field-level MAMs and Regional Field Leads.
— Operates on a seasonal marketing calendar — certain periods (Q4, back-to-school window, major product launches) will be higher intensity.
Seasonal Campaign Planning & Execution
— Campaign Ownership: Own the field marketing strategy for T-Mobile Fiber's primary seasonal campaigns — Back to School, Moving Season, Holiday Shopping, New Mover windows, and others identified through the annual planning cycle.
— Field Translation: Translate national campaign briefs into field-ready playbooks: define target audiences by market type, select and sequence tactics (D2D, local events, digital, partner), set activation timelines, and align with Market Activation Managers on execution.
— Campaign Calendars: Build campaign calendars with clear start/end dates, budget allocation guidance, and market-level customization parameters — giving regional teams structure without removing local judgment.
— Creative Alignment: Partner with national creative and media teams to ensure Fiber-specific messaging variants exist where needed — particularly for audience segments (renters, movers, families) that index differently in Fiber markets.
— Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance in-flight and post-flight — orders, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition — and feed those results back into the next cycle's planning.
Go-To-Market Translation — National to Field
— GTM Translation Lead: Serve as the field team's GTM translator for all national initiatives: price changes, product launches, promotional offers, and brand campaigns. When national publishes, this role determines what it means for the field and how fast it can execute.
