About the role
About the team
On Zillow, most buyers see a home many times before they ever book a tour. The photos, video, 3D tours and floor plans on a listing serve as its first showing. They decide which homes people fall for, which ones make the shortlist, and how confident a buyer feels before they set foot inside. The Listing Media team builds the products behind that moment:
- Aryeo, the platform real estate photographers use to run their businesses and deliver their work
- Media experiences in Zillow Pro, where agents order, manage and market their listing media
- The connections that bring high-quality media onto Zillow listings seen by millions of home shoppers
- About the role
Listing media is changing faster than it has in a decade. A photo shoot used to end with a gallery of images. Now it can be the starting point for an immersive, AI-enhanced experience: interactive floor plans, virtual staging, video walkthroughs, and new formats nobody has imagined yet. Everything rests on getting great media created, delivered and onto the listing.
As Senior Product Manager for Listing Media, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for that foundation. You'll set direction for how photographers create and deliver their work in Aryeo and how agents order and use media in Zillow Pro. You'll also shape how that media reaches the buyers who rely on it. Your work connects three groups: the photographers who capture homes, the agents who market them, and the buyers deciding where to live. Do it well, and every listing on Zillow feels a little more like walking through the front door.
You Will Get To
Set the vision, strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Listing Media across Aryeo and Zillow Pro.
Build tools that make running a real estate media business simpler, from booking and ordering to invoicing and delivery, so photographers can spend more time creating.
Shape the agent experience in Zillow Pro. Agents should be able to order from the photographers they trust, bring their own media, and turn it into marketing that wins listings.
Help high-quality media flow onto Zillow listings at scale, working with engineering and integration partners to keep it fast, reliable and easy.
Partner with Rich Media, AI and Showcase teams so the media your products deliver powers what comes next: 3D tours, interactive floor plans, virtual staging and AI-generated video.
Stay close to photographers, agents and home shoppers. Turn what they tell you into clear problem statements, and test ideas quickly with prototypes and AI-assisted research.
Define annual and quarterly goals and success metrics. Dig into why metrics move, and drive action.
Make clear tradeoffs between photographer, agent, consumer and business needs, and between new features and the reliability that makes them work.
Align engineering, design, data science, sales, customer success and operations around a shared plan. Tell the story to senior leaders through product briefs, reviews and demos.
