About the role
About the team
Elevate is Zillow's media and advertising business. We connect advertisers with the hundreds of millions of people who visit Zillow's platforms, and we build the ad products, audiences and measurement that turn that reach into revenue. Our media business spans onsite placements across Zillow's owned and operated experiences and offsite placements across the open web, social, CTV and other channels, bought and sold programmatically through demand-side (DSP) and supply-side (SSP) platforms. We partner across Zillow's consumer brands and business lines so every advertiser and customer interaction is relevant and meaningful.
About the role
As a Senior Product Manager for Elevate, you will lead revenue-generating media and advertising products across three areas: audience targeting, media reporting and measurement. You will define how advertisers reach Zillow's unique, high-intent audience onsite and offsite, how they buy that media through all media channels, and how they prove the results. You will lead complex product strategy and roadmap execution, balancing advertiser and consumer needs, business goals and technical feasibility, while partnering closely with engineering, design, data science, sales and ad operations.
Define and evolve the product vision, strategy and success metrics for Elevate's media and ad products, tied to revenue, advertiser outcomes and consumer experience.
Build audience targeting capabilities that package Zillow's first-party data into privacy-safe segments advertisers can activate onsite and offsite, including through SSP and DSP integrations.
Build media reporting and measurement products (campaign reporting, attribution, incrementality and lift) that show advertisers the value of their spend and help the Sales team grow and renew budgets.
Lead end-to-end ideation, evaluation, execution and iteration of onsite and offsite ad products and formats, from discovery and requirements through launch and optimization.
Shape Elevate's programmatic media strategy across the buy and sell side, including supply packaging, deal structures (PMP, programmatic guaranteed, open auction) and partner integrations.
Quantify and prioritize opportunities by revenue impact to build and maintain a product roadmap, making clear trade-offs with engineering, design and data partners.
Analyze product performance, experiment results and advertiser feedback to find opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
Influence other Zillow product teams' roadmaps to run ad tests, add inventory and improve the core ad experience without hurting the consumer experience.
Coordinate sales, ad operations, marketing, finance and legal for launches, so new capabilities are ready to sell and adopt.
Serve as Zillow's expert on ad tech trends, present ad performance insights to senior leadership, and communicate plans, status and outcomes to partners.
Mentor other product managers on discovery, prioritization and execution.
