Key Responsibilities

In this opportunity, as a Payroll Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to customers who use the Payroll modules of the Domínio system. Your key responsibilities include:

Provide functional support by phone, ensuring clear, empathetic, and efficient service.

Answer questions and guide customers with confidence and accuracy, promoting a positive experience.

Focus on problem resolution and the continuous improvement of the services provided.

Understand the customer journey and guide customers according to their specific needs.

Coordinate requests for adjustments and corrections with the Product teams.

Champion Thomson Reuters values and behaviors in daily activities.

Stay up to date on the solutions offered and current payroll legislation.

Required Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for professionals with the following skills and experience:

Must reside in the Greater Curitiba area.

Completed or ongoing higher education in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Candidates without a college degree are also welcome to apply—if selected, they will be hired at the Technician level.

Experience in customer service.

Ability to work toward targets with a results-oriented mindset.

Adaptability to structured processes and well-organized routines.

Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Payroll.

Previous experience with the Domínio solution.
