About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
Great product marketing starts with great storytelling. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to bring our story, and our customers’ stories, to life for Missionforce.
You’ll take dense, technical material and turn it into clear, persuasive stories that move government leaders to act. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Industry Strategy, and Demand Generation to drive adoption and pipeline, and your words will be at the center of how we do it.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Write the PSS story and set the voice: Craft positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions tailored to agency leaders, CIOs, program owners, and procurement stakeholders. Define and maintain PSS tone, style, and terminology, and review and sharpen teammate and partner content so every asset sounds consistent and credible.
Turn technical into compelling content that drives action: Work with engineers and product managers to transform architecture, features, and roadmap details into solution briefs, whitepapers, executive narratives, web copy, email campaigns, demo scripts, press and launch materials, and customer stories, each with a clear audience, point of view, and call to action.
Lead go-to-market execution and enable the field: Plan and launch releases, campaigns, and events across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partners. Build sales plays, pitch decks, battlecards, talk tracks, and FAQs, coach sellers and solution engineers, and develop customer references and case studies that show real results for agencies and the people they serve.
Know the market and measure what works: Track public sector trends, procurement dynamics, compliance and security requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, state and local regulations), and the market landscape. Use engagement, pipeline influence, and field feedback to refine messaging and content.
You're Our Person If...
6–10 years of public sector experience (federal, state, local, education, or related) in product marketing, solutions marketing, content marketing, or a closely related role, including launching products or solutions and enabling sales teams.
A portfolio of standout writing that shows you can turn highly technical source material into content that inspires customers to take action (you’ll be asked to share samples), with exceptional command of language and the ability to adapt tone for executives, technical buyers, and the public.
Strong understanding of how public sector buyers evaluate, fund, and procure technology, and comfort working with engineers, product leaders, and executives to simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy.
Strong collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills, a data-informed mindset, and an ownership, team-first mentality with the initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems.
