About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About the role
Enterprises trust Slack with their most sensitive conversations and, increasingly, with autonomous agents acting on their behalf. That trust rests on a strong ecosystem of security, governance, and compliance partners, including DLP and eDiscovery vendors, identity and access providers, data residency and archiving tools, and the emerging layer of agent and MCP governance. We're hiring a Senior Manager, Technical Product Partnerships to help own and evolve that ecosystem.
This role sits on the partnerships side of the ecosystem team, with a seat at the table to shape architecture and how we work with partners. You'll build the partner strategy and programs that turn Slack's security and governance capabilities into real adoption, while working closely with product and engineering to help get the underlying primitives right.
What you'll drive
Own and evolve the ecosystem. Help own and evolve Slack's Security, Governance & Compliance Partner Ecosystem. The security and compliance program at Slack includes eDiscovery, DLP, identity, archiving, security and compliance tooling, and agent/MCP governance as a coherent whole. Our goal is to continue to grow Slack’s security posture via connected integrations..
Shape what's next. Collaborate with industry leaders, consortiums, Slack product, and Slack customers to help define the next set of capabilities needed to keep Slack enterprise-ready as agentic AI becomes part of the workspace. Lead joint GTM efforts to establish and highlight Slack’s commitment to security and compliance.
Build and scale partnerships. Establish and grow partnerships, drive new integrations with Slack Enterprise, and execute joint initiatives with partners to drive broad adoption.
Inform the bigger decisions. Bring partner and market signal into key platform and commercial decisions that support Slack's growth ambitions.
What we're looking for
Direct experience with identity, security, compliance, and/or governance vendors. You've built or run partnerships with players in this space includingIAM/SSO providers, DLP and eDiscovery vendors, compliance and archiving tools, or governance platforms. You should understand how these partners think about risk, certification, and enterprise procurement.
Product depth without a PM title. You've operated close enough to product to think in primitives, read a spec critically, and hold your own on architecture discussions. Prior PM experience is welcome but not required.
Partnership craft. You know how to shape a partner conversation, sequence what to concede and what to hold, and turn alignment into shipped commitments.
Program instincts. You've built or run partner programs, launch tracks, or approval frameworks, and don't need a dedicated program manager to get a working cadence off the ground.
