As a Lead Digital Producer on Pinterest’s House of Creative team, you'll lead complex digital experiences with primary ownership of production for Pinterest’s business-facing web ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of Creative, Technology, Marketing, and Operations, partnering closely with Digital Strategy, Design, and cross-functional teams to turn business and creative ambition into scalable, executable digital experiences.
The Business Site will be the primary priority, but the remit is broader than a single website. This producer will also lead production across campaign and launch experiences, event and registration platforms, newsroom and other digital touchpoints that require strong creative, technical, and operational leadership.
This is not a traditional website project-management role. We’re looking for a senior producer who combines strong digital production expertise with technical fluency, strategic judgment, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional teams through ambiguity.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end digital production from early definition through launch across websites, campaign experiences, event/registration platforms, and other digital touchpoints
Translate digital strategy, business requirements, and creative ambition into clear production approaches, scopes, workbacks, staffing plans, budgets, technical requirements, and launch plans
Partner closely with Digital Strategy and Site leads on roadmap execution, sequencing, feasibility, platform implications, and production tradeoffs
Partner deeply with Design and UX to determine how creative ideas can be realized across responsive experiences, design systems, reusable components, and technical constraints
Evaluate platforms, vendors, and implementation approaches against business, creative, technical, operational, and financial requirements; help determine when to use an existing platform, third-party solution, or custom build
Bring working fluency across CMS environments, integrations/APIs, analytics and tracking, accessibility, localization, privacy/legal requirements, QA, SEO, and digital release processes
Serve as the connective tissue across Strategy, Design, Engineering, Analytics, SEO, Marketing, Comms, Legal/Privacy, Localization, and external partners, creating clear ownership, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and handoffs
Anticipate technical and operational risk, surface tradeoffs early, and ensure changes in scope, timing, requirements, or platform capability lead to explicit decisions rather than downstream teams silently absorbing the impact
