Lead complex, multi-phase enterprise build engagements from solution discovery and architecture through implementation, launch, and customer enablement.
Design and build advanced workflows, automations, audiences, data flows, agent-enabled solutions, and other technical components across the product ecosystem.
Architect solutions involving enterprise data strategy, multi-instance CRM integrations, workflow automation, MCP and API patterns, and advanced audience segmentation.
Conduct technical assessments of customer GTM environments to identify architecture gaps, process inefficiencies, and high-impact automation opportunities.
Act as the primary technical lead and trusted advisor on assigned engagements, maintaining solution governance, cross-functional alignment, and build quality.
Facilitate working sessions with business, operations, technical, and executive stakeholders to drive solution decisions, secure buy-in, and maintain momentum.
Establish success criteria, validation approaches, and adoption measures in partnership with the customer, and track engagement status through weekly updates.
