Senior Principal Implementation Consultant

This is an individual contributor role, not a team lead position.

Candidates should bring deep ONESOURCE Direct Tax expertise from day one. This is not a learn-as-you-go role.

We want someone who builds. You work directly with AI, Power Automate, and other next-gen tools yourself.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to scope projects

Lead customer engagements, design solutions, and manage scope, timeline, and delivery

Conduct customer-facing Best Practice Reviews, present recommendations, and scope remediation

Build quick proofs-of-concept that show customers the future state

Use AI to develop repeatable tools, processes, and practices that improve efficiency and profitability

Work on multiple projects concurrently

Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients

Required Qualifications

10+ years in professional services or similar, implementing ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions

Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI (e.g., Claude) to build customer solutions

Expert-level knowledge in implementing: ASC 740 tax provision processes

ONESOURCE Tax Provision (or ONESOURCE Income Tax), Workpapers, and Data Import

ONESOURCE APIs

Power Automate, Alteryx, KNIME (or similar) for ONESOURCE and tax-centric automations

Power BI or similar API-enabled dashboards

Advanced Excel-based tax workbooks (Power Query, OData connections, dynamic arrays, Data Validation, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
