REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced Degree plus 5 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of experience with relevant hands-on experience in protein expression workflows.
- Advanced practical knowledge of transient protein expression, transfection and delivery, and protein production using mammalian cell systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving and method development for optimizing protein expression workflows, including cell culture conditions, transfection parameters, expression conditions, scale-up, harvest, and assessment of protein yield and quality.
- Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into practical recommendations for customers with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, presentation and training capabilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
