Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses in compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
Execute technical accounting for stock-based compensation (ASC 718), leases (ASC 842), and foreign currency matters (ASC 830), including drafting analyses and memos for review
Lead the implementation of a procure-to-pay (PTP) tool, with a focus on the PO-to-Pay workflow, partnering with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders from requirements through rollout and adoption
Support and partner with the International Accounting team to ensure intercompany transactions and subsidiaries’ financial reporting are accurate and timely
Partner with Technology teams and business stakeholders on ERP enhancements/implementations, integrations, and reporting improvements
Document and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and key controls
Identify and implement opportunities for workflow improvement and systems optimization/AI automation across the close and accounting operations lifecycle
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
At least eight years of progressive accounting experience
At least three years of experience leading a team of accountants
Strong knowledge of US GAAP

Ability to operate independently with strong accountability and initiative
Demonstrated experience using automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations
Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
