About the role
The application window is expected to close on: 12/04/2026 MEET THE TEAM
Our Readiness team helps our field teams build the skills they need to thrive in an AI-powered world. We work directly with business leaders to find where our teams need support, translate those needs into clear learning plans, and build programs that actually help our people sell better. We focus on getting things done so our teams can focus on what matters most!
YOUR IMPACT
As a Program Manager, you’ll be the person who connects our business goals to the skills our team needs to hit their targets. You will spend your time identifying where we have gaps in technical or process knowledge and building the paths to close them. You’ll be the bridge between Sales and CX, making sure our teams have the tools and training to win. We need someone who can see how AI and new tech will shift our needs and help us adapt in real-time. You’ll be responsible for your projects from planning to delivery, keeping stakeholders in the loop and taking full responsibility for the results!
In this role, we map out what the field needs today and turn those priorities into clear plans. We build role-based learning paths that move our teams from basic awareness to real-world technical expertise. By bringing Sales and CX together, we ensure our training aligns with the customer journey, keeping things simple and free of duplicate work. We use data to make sure our training is actually moving the needle on performance, and we always look for ways that AI can improve our workflows!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of experience in program management, technical enablement, or learning and development.
5+ years of experience running complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish, along with a track record of identifying skills gaps and building the roadmaps to fix them.
Experience working with Sales or Customer Experience teams in a large, global company, plus a solid grasp of networking, security, or software so you can partner effectively with our technical and architecture experts!
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Background in organizational change or technical readiness within a global team.
Experience designing certification frameworks for customer-facing roles or using AI to automate workflows and boost productivity.
Build strong relationships easily and can influence others without needing formal authority.
Ability to take complex information and turn it into clear, actionable updates for our senior leaders!
