About the role
Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
We’re looking for a Legal Counsel, Employment to help us support a growing global team the Webflow way: moving quickly, working collaboratively, and staying thoughtful about risk. You’re a bright, pragmatic, self-motivated employment attorney with 4+ years of counseling and litigation experience at a law firm and/or in-house. You’ll use that background to give timely, practical, business-minded advice, primarily to our Employee Relations and People teams around the world, so they can do their best work without unnecessary barriers. You have experience litigating and/or counseling on compliance with federal and state anti-discrimination, harassment, and retaliation laws, ideally including analysis under California law. Prior in-house or seconded experience at a technology company is a plus, but not required. You’re an entrepreneurial, resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, builds strong relationships, and is curious about supporting a global workforce.
