As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, MSSP, you will be tasked with owning messaging and content for the MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) audience, a distinct buyer with its own economics, delivery model, and competitive set. You'll translate SentinelOne's platform story into positioning, content, and enablement that helps MSSPs sell, deliver, and scale on top of our platform. You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Partner, Sales, and Product to create and maintain MSSP-specific messaging.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include
Own the MSSP-specific messaging, including pricing/packaging language, multi-tenant management, co-managed vs. fully-managed models, and margin/economics framing that resonates with partner leadership.
Keep MSSP positioning aligned to corporate narrative while adapting it to a partner lens.
Maintain a clear point of view on how SentinelOne's platform model reduces MSSP operational overhead versus point-tool stacks.
Build and maintain the MSSP partner enablement kit, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and sales plays tailored to how MSSPs sell and deliver.
Develop MSSP-specific case studies and proof points, and adapt existing customer proof points for a partner-delivery narrative.
Produce webinars, partner newsletters, and co-marketing content in partnership with Alliances.
Track the MSSP-friendly competitive landscape and translate findings into trap questions and differentiation for partner sales teams; partner with Competitive Intelligence to keep MSSP content current and relevant.
Train partner-facing Sales and Alliances teams on MSSP messaging, packaging, and objection handling.
Act as the go-to PMM resource for MSSP-related questions from Sales, Alliances, and the partners themselves.
Partner with Product Marketing leads across product areas to ensure MSSP content reflects current product capabilities and roadmap; flag MSSP-specific messaging gaps or conflicts to the broader PMM team before content ships externally.
