Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Systems Analysis and Technical Delivery will lead technical requirements, systems analysis, technical product delivery, and user acceptance testing for PayPal Bank products and platforms. The role will oversee requirements and delivery across APIs, core banking, data, vendor integrations, and enterprise shared services.

This leader will establish the requirements and delivery cadence necessary to support the Bank’s initial technology buildout and ongoing operations. Working closely with Product, Technical Program Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and external vendors, the individual will translate business and regulatory needs into technical requirements and drive execution from solution design through implementation and production readiness.

Essential Responsibilities

Oversee the analysis of business processes and gather requirements from various stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.

Convert system specifications into detailed technical requirements.

Manage user acceptance testing to ensure deliverables meet business needs.

Identify and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance.

Create and maintain detailed documentation of system processes and specifications.
