Work directly with sellers and internal leadership teams when needed to align expectations, streamline communications, and ensure a smooth transition experience.

Support communication and change enablement efforts to ensure incoming teammates are informed, engaged, and empowered throughout the integration.

Track and analyze integration performance metrics to monitor operational progress and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Create executive presentations, reports, and dashboards for regular leadership updates.

Document new processes, capture lessons learned, and contribute to the ongoing development of the integration playbook.

Demonstrate resilience and agility by thriving in a dynamic healthcare environment and seamlessly transitioning workflows to meet short-term goals and long-term integration milestones.
